Green Energy

Green energy refers to the production of energy using clean resources such as wind, the sun, and water.  By using these clean resources the environment is not punished by dirty emissions for our use of technology through electricity.  The problem is that currently green energy is a more expensive means of producing required electricity demands, while non-green resources such as coal and natural gas offer a cheaper way to “light” society.

As the technology for clean green energy has improved over the years, so to has the percentage of our electricity production from these clean sources.
