Pre- Registration Policy

Deadline for pre-registration has been extended until Wednesday, February 4, 2009. After this date, registrations must be processed on-site at the commencement of the meeting. No faxes or email will be accepted in the office after this date. Registrations will not be processed without a completed form and payment information.

Cancellation Policy

Written requests received before January 30 will be honored (less a $50 processing fee). Substitutes are accepted at any time. No refunds after January 30 without documentation of a medical emergency or flight cancellation. Cancellations by phone are not accepted. If you register in advance and do not attend or cancel, you are still responsible for the full registration fee!

Hotel

Those attending the Electricity Delivery Forum need to register for the meeting BEFORE reserving a room at the Renaissance Washington Hotel. Rooms in the NARUC block are for NARUC registrants only. The NARUC housing policy states that there can be no more than one room per registrant. Reservations by non-registrants or multiple hotel reservations are subject to immediate cancellation or rate change.

When registering online the system will direct registrants to the NARUC blocks at the Renaissance Washington Hotel. (The Renaissance will not accept phone reservations) If you register by fax or mail, you will be emailed instructions on reserving a room.

The NARUC block and rate at the Renaissance Hotel is limited and available until sold out or until January 28, 2009.

PLEASE NOTE: Rooms booked through methods other than the NARUC process are subject to different rates and can not be adjusted by NARUC.
